Kros-Wise today announced the appointment of two very senior engineers to their aviation team. Ben Valley and Marcel De la Paz bring with them decades of extensive experience across disciplines including avionics, inflight connectivity, aircraft structures and interiors. Marcel joins Kros-Wise as Director of Aircraft Certification and Ben as Director of Aircraft Engineering.

Prior to joining Kros-Wise, Ben and Marcel have both held senior engineering roles at a variety of major international airlines, airframe manufacturers, and IFE, satellite, and air-to-ground communications equipment and service providers.

Kros‐Wise with over 150 employees has extensive experience providing IT, engineering and manufacturing support to US Government Organizations, and aviation and satellite equipment service providers. Their team is highly experienced in inflight entertainment and connectivity systems, service, installation design and support, aircraft interior design and modification, and the associated FAA/CAA and other governmental certifications.
