We accomplish our quality management program by instituting the below quality management procedures at the start of each Seaporte project.

  • Develop a Quality Management Plan for each project

  • Establish Project Objectives and Reporting Measures

  • Discuss Quality Management Plan with contractor team members

  • Develop lines of communications and Quality Management Plan Reviews with government Clients
